Disconnected departments
Critical workflows lose context when systems cannot communicate clearly.
Coming soon
HMIS implementation, deployment & support for modern healthcare facilities.
Akyra Studios is preparing to offer end-to-end HMIS implementation and support for hospitals, clinics and healthcare organisations—from system planning and configuration to deployment, staff training and ongoing technical support.
HMIS services are currently being prepared for rollout.
The operational challenge
Healthcare organisations often operate across disconnected systems, manual processes and department-specific workflows. A successful HMIS implementation is not simply about installing software—it starts with understanding how the hospital actually operates.
Critical workflows lose context when systems cannot communicate clearly.
Repetitive tasks consume time and increase the chance of avoidable gaps.
Technology underperforms when teams are not prepared and supported.
Scattered information makes consistent operations harder to maintain.
Akyra Studios aims to help healthcare organisations implement HMIS systems around real operational workflows—from registration and appointments to clinical workflows, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy and administration.
Inside the operation
The implementation layer has to work across physical spaces, clinical teams and the systems connecting them.
Planned services
One implementation partner across planning, setup, rollout, adoption and ongoing HMIS support.
Understanding hospital size, departments, current workflows, infrastructure and operational requirements before implementation.
Helping healthcare organisations evaluate and implement an HMIS platform suited to their operational requirements.
Configuration and deployment of the selected HMIS environment across the organisation.
Setting up departments, users, roles, services and operational workflows according to hospital requirements.
Supporting initial setup of hospital information, departments, services, users and relevant operational data.
Helping administrative and operational teams understand and adopt the implemented HMIS.
Support for configuration, troubleshooting and operational issues related to the implementation.
Long-term HMIS support, maintenance and implementation assistance after deployment.
Connected operations
Capabilities depend on the HMIS platform selected and configured for the healthcare organisation.
Available modules and workflows may vary depending on the HMIS platform selected for implementation.
Implementation approach
Technology works better when the workflow comes first.
Hospital requirements, departments and existing processes.
Define software, infrastructure and implementation requirements.
Set up the selected HMIS around the hospital's workflows.
Roll out the system and help teams adopt it.
Provide ongoing technical assistance and maintenance.
Vendor-neutral by design
Every healthcare organisation operates differently. Instead of forcing hospitals into one predefined software ecosystem, our approach is to understand the organisation's requirements and support implementation of an appropriate HMIS platform.
Our role can include planning, deployment, configuration, implementation support, training and ongoing maintenance.
Start with how the hospital works.
Select around requirements—not lock-in.
Keep the implementation useful after launch.
Future capability roadmap
India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission is creating an increasingly connected digital health ecosystem.
Akyra Studios is currently working toward the technical and organisational requirements needed to support ABDM integrations as part of our future healthcare technology services.
ABDM connectivity will only be offered after the applicable registration, approvals, technical integrations, testing and other requirements have been successfully completed.
Until then, Akyra Studios does not claim to provide active ABDM Bridge connectivity or M1–M4 integration services.
Who it is for
Multi-speciality hospitals requiring structured digital operations.
Growing clinics moving beyond fragmented or manual systems.
Facilities requiring structured patient and administrative workflows.
Healthcare organisations coordinating patient, billing and diagnostic operations.
Organisations managing multiple locations or facilities.
Why Akyra
Our approach combines technology implementation with workflow thinking, digital experience and long-term support.
Instead of treating HMIS as a one-time software installation, we approach it as an operational system that must work across people, departments and everyday hospital processes.

We are currently speaking with hospitals, clinics and healthcare organisations preparing to implement or upgrade their hospital management systems.
Tell us about your requirements and we can explore how Akyra Studios may support your implementation.
We welcome early conversations from healthcare organisations in Ahmedabad, across Gujarat and beyond.
Frequently asked questions
Akyra Studios currently focuses on HMIS implementation and support rather than requiring hospitals to use one proprietary software platform. We can evaluate the healthcare organisation's requirements and work around an appropriate HMIS solution.
Depending on the software, infrastructure and access available, we can evaluate whether we can assist with configuration, deployment, support or related implementation requirements.
Yes. Our planned services include requirement planning, system setup, configuration, deployment, training and ongoing support for healthcare organisations implementing an HMIS.
Yes. Ongoing HMIS maintenance and technical support are intended to be part of our healthcare technology offering.
No. Akyra Studios is currently working toward the requirements necessary for future ABDM integration capabilities. ABDM integration services will only be offered after applicable registrations, approvals, integrations and testing have been completed.
Not currently. These capabilities may be introduced in the future after the necessary ABDM onboarding, technical integration, validation and approval processes have been completed.
